The wild bunch

On Saturday I popped over to Zaphod's to catch Casey Comeau and the Centretown Wilderness Club. Last time I say them play it was only Casey, Richard Jeffrey and Josee-Marie Houle. Things have expanded since then, with a rhythm section and a violin player coming aboard. The band isn't a million miles away from Comeau's work with The Halfmilers - it's a bit more melancholy, slightly folkier perhaps. They also sung a song in French - Du Rhum, Des Femmes.
