Girl power

As June came to a close, Ukrainia released their third album, The Maiden, a really exceptional album and - not to slight their previous efforts - a big step forward. This of course demanded another festival of drinking and dancing, plus a opening appearance from Mike Essoudry's Mash Potato Mashers. I missed the Mashers due to work, but showed up in time to see Ukrainia on stage with The Maiden's guest vocalist Sofia Bilozor.

Paul, Sofia and Damian.

I was hoping the lights would make for some interesting effects, but not really.
