Woodland creatures

Bluesfest's Sunday lineup wasn't quite as entrancing as Saturday's, so I didn't get down to LeBreton Flats until well after 5 p.m. It turns out that the first band I really wanted to see was a bit late as well. When I got to the Hard Rock Stage Timber Timbre was doing a bit of last-minute sound-checking.

Mainman Taylor Kirk checks things out.

That done, the band briefly departed the stage, then returned. Taylor was sporting a mosquito net — and I'm sure plenty of performers on the stage wished they had done the same.

Olivier Fairfield of J'envoie was also on hand.
