Polyphonic spree

The Tandoori Knights brought their greasy rock slop to Zaphod's on Nov. 29. In addition to a brief set by Knight Bloodshot Bill, local rockers The Polymorphines served up their own style of Memphis grease.

Jimmy Jr. got a haircut since the last time I saw them.

Of course they played The Johnnies' record release show two months ago, and a new 7-inch on Pretty Bad Records is supposed to be in the works.
  • Show reminder: The October Trio and The Pederson/Jackson Trio jazz it up at Raw Sugar; Outshined is at The Rainbow.
