That's progress for you

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like there was a lot bass playing going on at the House of Targ on Thursday. That was the night Winnipeg's Moon Tan rolled through town. The prog-rocking-and-proud-of-it power trio were joined by Auto Racing and The Haig for a night of brainy entertainment. Here's Cosmo from Auto Racing doing a bit of tapping.

Moon Tan worship at the altar of 1970s rock, and covered Rush and Led Zeppeling (Spirit of the Radio and Black Dog), and have also embraced the facepaint esthetic of such artists as Alice Cooper and KISS. Here's bassist Adrian doing a little soundchecking!

Although Moon Tan topped the bill, The Haig finished the evening off (something similar happened with the Public Animal show two days later). Here's Dean!
